Meet John!
Meet 16-year-old John! John was born a triplet and diagnosed with cerebral palsy as a baby. He has had 2 major surgeries, including a tendon lengthening on his feet and a growth plate rod inserted on his left hip when he was about 6 years old. While John is able to transfer himself out of his chair and can take a few steps on his own, he mainly relies on his manual wheelchair for distances.
John has many fun interests including watching popular anime shows such as Naruto and Dragon Ball Z. He is also a fan of contemporary rock music by his favorite artists Metallica and 5 Finger Death Punch. He is a sports fan and loves the WWE and football. His favorite wrestler (and singer!) is Chris Jericho and his sports team of choice is the NY Giants. John is a reliable and determined young man, always making the best of every situation.
