Meet 5-year-old Jonah, who was diagnosed with Glut1 Deficiency Syndrome, Hypotonia, and Hypermobility. He has difficulty walking long distances because his muscles often become stiff, which affects his balance and makes mobility challenging. Jonah faces many obstacles each day, but he remains a happy, active little boy.
Jonah has several interests that light up his world. He loves watching Spidey & Friends, Morphle, and Magic Pets. He’s a bright and creative kid who especially enjoys Art class. Most of all, he adores his pets, his dogs Buckey and Bandit, his cat Tiny, and his two turtles, Frank and Lulu. Jonah is known for his peaceful and shy nature. He enjoys spending quiet time building with his Legos, content in his own little world. Even in his quietness, Jonah inspires everyone around him and makes the world a better, kinder place.
Right now, Jonah’s greatest need is a proper wheelchair, one that will give him more comfort and allow him to participate more fully in family activities and outings. With your support, we can help make life a little easier, and a lot more joyful, for this remarkable boy and his loving family.
