Meet Josiah!
Meet 18-year-old Josiah! He is a smart, funny and a helpful young man who enjoys life to the fullest! He suffers from a condition called alternating hemiplegia of childhood (AHC). AHC is a very rare neurological disorder that is characterized by recurring episodes of temporary paralysis or weakness that alternate between the sides of the body.
Josiah’s favorite color is yellow. He enjoys watching his favorite TV show on Netflix called Family Reunion, and he loves listening to Bruno Mars. If given the option, he would easily choose Olive Garden as his meal selection. He has a dog, Marlie, who he adores and his favorite activity is helping the younger kids at school with anything from feeding to homework assignments.
