Meet 4-year-old Kiah. He was diagnosed with Congenital Absence of Bilateral forearms, Hands, Bilateral Lower Leg/Feet before he was born. He is fully dependent on his family for his everyday needs, but don’t tell Kiah he can’t do something, he takes it as a challenge; he is a loveable little boy with a fighting spirit.
Kiah has an array of interests. He loves story time with Mom. He loves it when she reads his favorite book, “Being Different is Awesome” by Ryan Haack. He enjoys going to the beach so he can play in the ocean. Kiah loves to sing, dance, and make homemade slime. Most of all, he adores family. Kiah inspires everyone he meets and makes our world a better place.
Kiah needs a lightweight power wheelchair that will allow him to move through the world safely, comfortably, and with greater independence. This equipment will help him participate in everyday activities and enjoy new adventures with family and friends.

This new chair will give Kiah greater independence and the freedom to get out, explore, and make more memories with his family and friends.
