Meet Pedro!
Meet 10-year-old Pedro! Pedro has a diagnosis of Prader Willi Syndrome, which causes slow metabolism, and his stomach never feels full, so he constantly feels hungry. It has also affected his stability and balance. While he is able to walk, he falls down easily and has trouble going up and down stairs.
Although Pedro faces daily challenges, he remains a loving and social little boy! He is a fan of Paw Patrol and enjoys dancing and singing along to Kidz Bop songs, especially the 90s dance craze, the Macarena! His favorite place to visit is his local beach. In school, he excels in science and art. Most importantly, Pedro is a compassionate and friendly child, always smiling and willing to befriend new people!
