Meet Reagan! Reagan’s compassion knows no bounds. Her spirit for volunteerism and animals is unmatched. Her favorite animals are tigers and dogs. She has volunteered creating crafts for children with cancer and at animal shelters. She even trained her own service dog! Reagan typically volunteers wherever she can help the most. Her mom has shared that she spends about 50 hours a year in just volunteering in her community. Reagan loves listening to K-pop and cheering on her favorite baseball team Florida Southern.

Reagan was diagnosed with chronic migraines and Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), a condition where the automatic nervous system which controls involuntary bodily functions like heart rate and blood pressure, doesn’t function properly. Reagan uses a wheelchair to help with fatigue, dizzy spells and weakness in her legs. Unfortunately, she does not have a wheelchair of her own and the one she is currently using is being borrowed from a friend.

Reagan’s mom reached out W4K to receive help in purchasing a power chair so that Reagan can conserve energy and avoid falls from being fatigued. Having a powerchair of her own will allow her to continue volunteering and remain mobile and independent as she gets older. Please be a sponsor for Reagan!
