Meet Tucker!
Meet terrific Tucker! This amazing two-year-old was diagnosed with a rare genetic mutation known as FBWX7, which there are only 75 known cases worldwide! This specific genetic disorder causes global developmental delays, hypotonia, and an increased risk of cancer. When Tucker was an infant, he wasn’t meeting typical baby milestones, such as rolling over and tummy time. He is unable to walk independently, but he can scoot.
Tucker is a sweet and curious little boy, always taking in the world around him. He loves the water and going to local splash pads. He enjoys watching Cocomelon and Super Simple Songs, and his favorite song is “The Wheels on the Bus.” He has a pet dachshund is his best friend and follows him around wherever he goes! Tucker is very sweet and rarely cries or complains. He remains a happy and playful toddler despite his challenges!
