Meet 12-year-old Victoria — a joyful, spirited young girl who brightens every room she enters. Victoria lives with Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease (CMT), a progressive condition that affects the nerves in her feet and legs, making movement and muscle control a daily challenge. But you’d never know it by the smile on her face.
Despite the obstacles she faces, Victoria embraces life with a full heart and unstoppable determination. She finds joy in swimming, where the water gives her a sense of freedom that she cherishes. She’s a lover of all things Disney — especially Rapunzel and Toy Story I and IV, which she could watch again and again. In school, science is where she shines the brightest.
Victoria is imaginative and playful. She spends hours with her Barbies and American Girl dolls, creating stories and adventures. Her best buddies? Her beloved pets — Panda (her dog), Honey (her cat), a bird, and two turtles — all of whom she cares for with so much love.
Those who know Victoria describe her as talkative, funny, and full of life. She brings joy to her family, friends, and everyone lucky enough to meet her. Her courage and positivity inspire us all.
We are so grateful to the White Family Foundation for providing Victoria with a much-needed shower chair! Their generous support has made a world of difference in her daily life and brought comfort and dignity to her routine.
Thank you for helping us change lives—one child at a time.
