Meet Willow!
Meet Wonderful Willow! This ambitious five-year-old was diagnosed with cerebral palsy when she was just a year and half, after she wasn’t meeting typical toddler milestones, such as walking and talking. While Willow can walk short distances, she struggles with movements such as running and jumping, and requires the use of a wheelchair for long distances.
Willow is a smart and courageous young girl. She tries to do something new every day, and even if she doesn’t succeed, she never gets discouraged. Willow is a fan of the animated Super Simple Songs and enjoys listening to lullabies such as “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.” Her favorite story is the classic book “Corduroy.” Willow loves to play outside in her playhouse with her pretend food and kitchen toys. She also enjoys collecting squishies! Willow is a spirited young lady, and everyone who meets her are instantly drawn to big heart!
Willow needs a therapy bike. This bike will help aid in balance, muscle tone and coordination while also providing her with a fun activity that promotes cardiovascular fitness, and optimal alignment for leg strengthening. Please consider being her sponsor!
