Meet six-year-old Mia. She was diagnosed with spastic quadriplegia. Mia is unable to walk without adaptive equipment, despite having surgeries on her hips and legs. She is always happy even with her challenges.
Mia has a wide variety of interests. She watches Puppy Dog Pals on Nick Jr. She listens to children’s songs and nursery rhymes. Mia enjoys reading, too. Mia even likes doing math homework. Most of all, Mia adores her grandfather. They are inseparable best friends with a bond unhindered by generations or limitations. It’s impossible not to love Mia. She has an infectious personality. Mia is the sunshine who could warm any heart on a cold day.
Mia needs a gait trainer to improve her ability to walk. She recently had hip surgery and the trainer will also promote a faster recovery. Please be her sponsor!
