Meet Delaney!

Meet 17-year-old Delaney. She was diagnosed with an intellectual disability known as White Sutton syndrome and a form of epilepsy called Lennox Gastaut syndrome. She cannot walk without assistance. She remains a delightful girl despite this and other trials.

Delaney enjoys several pastimes. She likes watching the shows Stranger Things and Friends. She listens to a variety of music, especially by Jimmy Buffet and Chris Stapelton. She has fun visiting zoos, aquariums, and attending Rays baseball games. She goes to school and her favorite parts are cheerleading and band. Delaney even rocks out by banging on her Fisher Price drum set. Delaney, most importantly, is a kind-hearted girl. She is sweet and never does anything to upset people. She is calm—nothing bothers her happy moods. Delaney, however, has strong opinions and is determined to achieve her goals. Meet Delaney. She creates great music with her drum set, but the best beats come from her heart.

Delaney needed a Medical stroller for easier, safer, and more comfortable transportation. Thanks to a grand from Baycare and the Broadrick Family Foundation, Wheelchairs 4 Kids was able to help assist Delaney in obtaining the Medical Stroller that she needed
