Meet Elisheva!

Meet 4-year-old Elisheva! Ellie was born with a genetic condition known as Trisomy 13, or Patau Syndrome. Her condition affects development of the face, brain, heart, and other organs in the body. She is blind, has seizures, and is non-verbal. She is 100% dependent on others and cannot walk.

Ellie is described as a loving and sensitive little girl. She enjoys listening to a variety of music, especially uplifting children’s songs such as “If You’re Happy and you Know it.” Ellie enjoys stimulation and likes to play with sensory toys that light up or make noise. She also likes to swim and enjoys the warm summer days when she goes to her local pool soaking up the sunshine, and much like the sun, Ellie is a ray of light brightening up everyone’s day that she meets!

Elisheva is in need of an activity chair. This chair will provide her adequate support, good positioning, and optimal body alignment while going about her daily life and provide a safe place for her to sit and participate in her home environment. Please be her sponsor.
