Carolina Leid aka “Truth Slayer” has taken it upon herself to be an informant (snitch if you may)! She studies, then infiltrates groups to get to the truth and shares it with the Tampa Bay area! She is currently focused on The Dastardly Coronavirus and is tracking it daily!

Carolina Leid is an Anchor at WTSP in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is a graduate of Syracuse University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the prestigious Newhouse School. Carolina is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists and the National Association of Black Journalists. The Emmy award winning journalist previously worked for WABC in New York, NY, as a bilingual reporter and fill-in anchor. She also worked for WEWS in Cleveland, Ohio as a reporter and fill-in anchor. Carolina worked as a reporter for CFN-13 in Orlando, Florida and WCJB in Gainesville, Florida. Carolina is fluent in Spanish. She loves going to the beach with her two young children. Carolina also enjoys beating her husband on the golf course!
