Meet Jeremiah!

Meet 10-year-old Jeremiah. He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. He cannot walk and spends most of his time in a wheelchair. He is completely dependent on his family for all tasks. Jeremiah remains joyful despite his difficult illness.

Jeremiah has a variety of interests. He likes watching the hit show Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood. He also enjoys Bible stories and songs. He laughs excitedly and claps his hands when playing on swings and slides. He does not need a playground to be cheerful, though. Jeremiah is intrinsically upbeat. He always smiles and laughs regardless of the activity. For him, life does not begin and end with his limitations. Instead, thriving starts with his heart and ends with a smile.

Jeremiah needs a medical stroller to provide him with the proper support and comfort while also making travelling easier and safer. He will be receiving his new stroller thanks to the Sorenson Foundation.
