Meet Jackson!
Meet five-year-old Jackson. He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. He has spent much of his childhood in hospitals. Jackson has balance issues, and he struggles walking. He remains positive despite his limitations.
Jackson has several interests. He likes reading the educational book, “Sir Dr. Park and the Dragon, Spasticity.” Jackson’s favorite outing is visiting the park and going on the swings and slides. He enjoys playing with his four cats and his favorite toy, a superhero bear. This imaginative boy loves pretend play—he will go on creative adventures or serve imaginary ice cream to everyone. Jackson is as sweet as this dessert. He is sociable and makes friends everywhere. He is highly empathetic and can sense when somebody is having trouble. He will work hard to make them feel better. Jackson is a brave boy who has gone through much and always comes out each hardship stronger and more determined. Meet Jackson. His life is a real adventure, and he is a real hero.
Jackson needs a therapy tricycle to improve his leg strength and balance. He can also have fun riding the trike outdoors.
