Meet Camryn!
Meet fifteen-year-old Camryn! She was born with Congenital Fiber Type Disproportion (CFTD), a condition known as myopathy that affects her skeletal muscles, these specific muscles are used for movement. Camryn suffers from chronic myopathy which limits her walking; however, she’s always on the move!
Camryn is a freshman in high school whose favorite subject is math and loves Greys Anatomy! She enjoys listening to R&B and The Weekend on her free time! Camryn also loves watching and rooting for her favorite USA Women’s Soccer Team.
Camryn received a Phoenix portable power wheelchair because now that she’s getting older, she wants to work, go to school, and travel without the worries of a heavy chair! The lightweight chair will make a world of difference for her as it is much more accessible for transport.
