Meet David!

Meet David! This 11 year-old boy has Spina Bifida and he is unable to walk. However, he does not allow the illness keep him from pursuing his passion, sports.

David is a huge fan of basketball. David and his father spend quality time watching their favorite team, the Miami Heat. Someday David would like to be able to play sports, too.

David has a manual wheelchair but it is currently too small and is causing his spine to curve. David needs a better fitting wheelchair for comfort and improved back support as well as to be able to be transported safely. He would also like the ability to play sports in a new chair. Please assist making David’s dream a reality!
