Meet Riley!
Meet 4-year-old Riley! Riley has a condition known as biliary atresia, which affects her liver. She suffered a intracerebral hemorrhage, which left her left side paralyzed and she had to have a liver transplant due to the biliary atresia. She also has frequent seizures and can only walk with assistance.
Despite Riley’s challenges, she is a resilient and feisty little girl! Riley loves to listen to nursery rhymes and enjoys watching the popular shows, Bluey and Cocomelon. She is your typical girly-girl and her favorite colors are pink and purple. Riley’s name derives from Gaelic culture and means “courageous.” Without a doubt, Riley lives up to her namesake and continues to show strength and bravery through her hardships!
