Meet Macy!

Meet 11-year-old Macy. She was diagnosed with a rare disorder known as Frontometaphyseal. She has hypotonia and severe joint contractures. Macy has difficulty walking, but she uses a walker for short distances. She also suffers from hearing and vision loss. This brave girl has many other challenges, but she is still happy.

Macy enjoys several pastimes. She watches the children’s comedy show, Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, Dawn. Macy likes going out on summer days to exercise in swimming pools. Her hobby, however, is braiding hair. Macy is more than just the sum of her interests. She has a good heart and is frequently winning friendship awards at school. She perseveres over every obstacle with the dedication of a champion and a million-dollar smile that never fades. Macy has lost much in her life, but she gained the ability to be perfect in the way that inspires us all.

Macy needs a manual wheelchair to give her independence and proper postural support. Please be her sponsor!
