Meet 4-year-old Theo, who was diagnosed with Spastic Quadriplegia. He cannot sit up or hold his head up, is blind, and is non-verbal, but has body awareness and laughs hysterically with deep tissue pressure.
Theo loves music, especially Raggaeton, and any type of movement. He also loves tactile stimulation. Even though he is blind, he will follow the sound with his eyes. His favorite thing to do is play with his dad.
Theo needed a Supine Stander to help improve his bone development, circulation, and respiration. This assistive device will also help him interact easier in his environment. Thank you to the Miami Elks for sponsoring Theo!
